By accessing or using Citizify you confirm that you are at least 16 (or have guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Use of the Platform

Citizify is provided as a free educational tool. You may not misuse or reproduce any part of the content without permission.

Limitation of Liability & User Generated Content (UGC)

We strive for accuracy but provide no legal guarantees; always verify with official sources. Most of the data on the citizenship timelines is crowdsourced (UGC). We are not responsible for the accuracy of this data.

When you submit timeline entries, you agree that we may store, display, or delete them if we suspect spam or inaccuracy. Users must not submit fake or harmful data.

Subscriptions & VIP Alerts

VIP memberships are handled via third-party providers (like Buy Me a Coffee). Since these are processed as donations or creator memberships, they are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the provider. While we do our best to send automated VIP email alerts, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or zero delays.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Under EU/German law, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital services (such as the VIP email alerts) that run continuously and begin immediately, you explicitly consent that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided or initiated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland), excluding its conflict of law principles. Where legally required, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
